Psychiatry Grand Rounds
The Grand Rounds series consists of one regularly scheduled weekly presentations.
Location: Amphitheatre, Juravinski Tower, T2203, St. Joseph’s Healthcare
Time: Wednesdays from 9:00 – 10:00am.
Grand Rounds are the central academic educational event which showcases original research and emerging trends in the field.
The presenters are faculty of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences within McMaster University as well as nationally and internationally distinguished visiting lecturers. Presentations are on basic neuroscience, translational research, population and community-centered health care, and clinical topics,
Grand Rounds are open to faculty, nursing and allied health professional staff, residents, medical and nursing students, psychology interns and other learners. Members of other medical and surgical departments are very welcome to attend.
Grand Rounds are accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada for continuing educational credit.

SJH Clinical Psychiatry Rounds
Clinical Psychiatry Rounds are held every Thursday from noon until 1:00 pm in the Stelco Amphitheatre, Fontbonne Building, F137. These rounds are open to faculty, nursing and allied health professional staff, residents, medical and nursing students, psychology interns and other learners. Members of other medical and surgical departments are very welcome to attend.
